Poppy Cottage - Lancaster

Great location, close to town and surrounded by beautiful countryside. Loved the feeling of being in the countryside and seeing the ponies in the paddock. Easy parking right outside the property. the cottage was comfortable and clean with well-furnished rooms. Kitchen facilities were good, making it easy to prepare meals. the host was friendly and responsive, promptly answering any questions we had. the outdoor area provided a nice space to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

The wifi and mobile signal were a bit patchy, but we were able to manage by going outside where the signal was better. It would have been nice to have some toiletries, like soap, provided in the bathrooms.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was great, and the hotel facilities were excellent. The parking was convenient and easy to find. The location was perfect, great to enjoy the beautiful countryside while still having access to nearby transportation and the city center. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing quick responses to our questions.

The cottage was absolutely beautiful and the countryside surroundings were mind-blowing! It was the perfect escape from city life and ideal for families. The nearby cafe was super delicious and there was even a bus to take us to the city center. The cottage itself was spacious, comfortable, and sparkling clean, with a well-equipped kitchen. The host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and helpful. We loved the outdoor area with its stunning views of the fields. The location was excellent, close to the city, and had easy parking. The cottage was furnished well throughout and the kitchen facilities were top-notch. It was the perfect place for our 4-day holiday. We had access to Wi-Fi, enjoyed the free parking, and were amazed by the jaw-dropping golf course nearby. Plus, we were thrilled that our furry friends were allowed to join us. And the cherry on top? Absolutely no smoking on site. Our stay at Poppy Cottage was exceptional in every way!

We recently stayed at a lovely cottage in the beautiful countryside outside Lancaster. The location was perfect, close to the university and city center. The host was responsive, quickly addressing any questions we had. Outside, we were treated to the good sight of ponies in the paddock. Easy parking outside the hotel was a bonus.

Super spacious cottage in a jaw-dropping countryside location! Mind-blowingly comfortable and clean, with an amazing range of kitchen equipment. The host was ridiculously friendly and communicative, responding lightning-fast to my questions. The outside area was stunning, overlooking fields where I got to see adorable ponies. Wi-fi and free parking were available, making it oh-so convenient. Oh, and they even allowed pets! Can't forget the delightful cafe nearby and easy bus access to the city center. This place is an absolute winner for families and anyone craving an escape from the city buzz. Trust me, it did the job nicely for our holiday. Golf course and cots were also available, and the whole property was strictly no smoking. It was just perfect!
